Choice of your own role-play area: Doctors Surgery, Fire Station, Flower Shop/Supermarket, Coffee Cart, Police Station, Post Office, Puppet Theatre,

Teddy Bears Picnic, Race Track, Construction Site or Vet Surgery.

Music: Connect your own music to our Bluetooth speakers or we can provide the party tunes for you!

Disco light: Dazzle under our mini disco lights!

Timing options are as follows:

 Saturday: 3.30-5.30pm

Sunday: 1.30-3.30pm

Party A – Picnic tea provided for up to 15 children for £250, £15 for each additional child up to max. 30.

Party B – Non catered: £200 for up to 15 children, £10 for each additional child up to max. 30.

Party C - All inclusive Party: From £500 for up to 15 children, including venue hire, food, decorations, cake, party bags, face painting and entertainment. Please enquire about a themed party. 

• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before your party starts to set up any decorations you may have. No Confetti at the venue due to the danger of customers swallowing. 
• The balance is due two weeks before your event.
• Adult sandwich platters can be provided for an extra cost of £25 for 6-8 adults.
• Additional time for your party may be a possibility depending on schedule – please ask in advance for availability (Additional Fee).
• If you select the non-catered party option and are bringing your own food, only cold foods are allowed.
• You may bring your own alcohol (and cups), Toybox Cafe will provide all soft and hot drinks for sale on the day, so please do not bring your own.
• If you wish to bring your own party entertainer, please discuss this in advance. A fee may be applicable (messy play etc).
• We require active adult supervision at parties, with at least one adult remaining for every 4 children present.
• Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance.
• Face Painting can be added to your booking for an additional £40 (Please enquire in advance)
• Maximum capacity: 50 guests including adults & children (not including children under 1 year)
